All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.Skyman Orthodontics endeavors to provide the highest standard of service at all times. However, in certain circumstances, such as stock unavailability or logistical challenges, delays in delivery may occur. In such cases, Skyman Orthodontics shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or compensation arising due to such delays.

Orders received after 3:00 PM shall be processed for shipment on the following business day. Accordingly, the shipping time shall be calculated from the date of such processing.

Skyman Orthodontics reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and we recommend you to revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that you are at all times fully aware of our Terms and Conditions. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Skyman Orthodontics will notify you by email or via any telecommunication medium if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.

Skyman Orthodontics will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Skyman Orthodontics will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Skyman Orthodontics will notify its customers within 10 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier. Once order has been confirmed and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7 – 10 business days.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees required for clearance by the customs department shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. The applicable customs duties are subject to variation based on the regulations of the destination country and the nature of the ordered goods.

For any warranty or guarantee claims, the buyer must directly contact the respective brand manufacturer. Skyman Orthodontics shall not be held liable or responsible for any product warranty claims. We do not ship Nutrition’s (Like health products, whey Protein, and Mass gainer) and Pharmaceutical products outside India.
